Hello. First, thanks for this nice extension; that was exactly what I was looking for.

While trying to generate a video file from an MP3 file, adding video frames generated by goom, I got a "floating point exception" when calling Muxer.start(). At first I thought it was a problem with my own script, but I get the same error when I try the encode_video sample:

A little Google search got me a post somewhere saying muxing video would only be available in 1.4; but then why is this example included ? Or was this feature already included in 1.3.7.3 ?

TIA

Sorry. I should know better. I'm using Slackware 12. I build the extension myself using ./setup.py bdist_dumb. Pymedia version is 1.3.7.3. Gcc version is 4.1.2; Here are the version numbers of the various libs installed on my system:

* libogg 1.1.3
* libvorbis 1.1.2
* faad2 2.5
* lame 3.97
* alsa 1.0.14

I don't know if it's pertinent, but I also have ffmpeg (SVN trunk checkout from 2007/11/14) installed.
