I've searched a lot of places, read reviews and so on, but nothing can substitute personal experience, I think.

If you have a car and a GPS in it, please, tell me, which brand is better: Nextar, Garmin, Delphi or any other?

You choose a gps system suitable for your car very effectively using one of follwing 3 listed methods.
1-To buy a new vehicle with pre installed navigation system.

2-To buy an dash unit that replaces your standard system.

3-To separately buy a unit that can easily mount on vehicles windshield.
