You'll need 12 pin cable for HU, but for mounting at the back there is no difference though Smile

AHH ok just wasn't sure if it was a difference in protocol. (old style vs. CAN).
Thanks a bunch and I'll post when I get the harness created.

Hello

I own a Smart / Limited 1. Is it possible to hook the car stereo system to a mini-ITX board using the Car2PC-MBUS/USB ?!

Are there any extra cables/wiring needed to pull this up?

Thanks in advance

I think it will be possible. Please see another post about that:

We yet to work on it. But it will be addressed in a nearest future for sure.

I have a 1999 AUDI A6 with the syphony head unit. Planning to install a car computer to provide MP3 play-back, phone integration and navigation.

This tools is what I have been looking for. Are you still looking for beta-testers and/or how can I order the converter.

Beta is over already. You can order it here

or on cartft.com if you're in Europe.

Hi jbors.
Love the concept. I have a 2004 Audi RS6 with sat nav+ (RNS-D I think they call it) and have been searching for a solution that will allow a bluetooth phone to diplay incoming caller id in the Audi DIS.

Do you think I can get somewhere with your cool product?

I have a laptop and bluetooth dongle. What do you think?

Thanks in advance.
