I'm still working on the M-Bus CDC protocol adapter.
It will be a small USB device which will be able to get commands from Alpine M-Bus headunit and translate them to PC and back.
I will post actual pics in about 2 weeks when I have it working stable.
This way you will be able to connect any stock radio to computer without the need to rewire the whole thing. Also no need in amplifier. All wheel controls will work and stuff. Almost plug-n-play !

Just got the PCB board. It looks good and takes only 3 days to build.
Still have to order all the parts.

I'm pretty sure it is a AI-NET headunit. It is good as I think it is the way to go . A lots of possibilities to use. I will work on AI-NET after MBus is done.

Finally I got it the way it suppose to be !
They program it correctly this time. Here is the pic of the adapter working:

I'm going to make a short avi movie so you can see it in action with PyCar.
