Big thanx for Your answer. Yes I think so, but I was not sure!
M-Bus it is only standard for transmitting data. (m-bus com)
I think Mazda 3 HU uses "The Alpine M-Bus Protocol". Is it true?
I tried to found more info about "The Alpine M-Bus Protocol", but I found only Joerg_Hohensohn_Page_Offline_Copy (this page is not online). This guy tried to reverse this protocol. But he found not all possible commands, and not all bits recognized in commands. Additionally I have found this page (kiora.ath.cx/alpine) Is this what I search? This two pages have different descriptions of protocol, and I don't understand which of them is correct (for Mazda3)
May be You can help me to find this protocol description? Maybe You have some information? It is very interesting for me.

P.S. M-Bus uses only one fire, but when i tried to check pinouts of the CD-CH Connector from my CD-changer I found Two unrecognized Wire. I think one of them - is M-Bus, but which of them, and what is the second for?
I attached the file with Mazda 3 Connector pinouts. Do You know what is the green and yellow pins for (pin 6 and 14)?

P.P.S. Sorry for my english... Smile

I'm interesting too.

I searched some protocol:
SAE J1850 PWM (41.6 kbaud)
SAE J1850 VPW (10.4 kbaud)
ISO 9141-2 (5 baud init, 10.4 kbaud) *
ISO 14230-4 KWP (5 baud init, 10.4 kbaud) *
ISO 14230-4 KWP (fast init, 10.4 kbaud)
ISO 15765-4 CAN (11 bit ID, 500 kbaud)
ISO 15765-4 CAN (29 bit ID, 500 kbaud)
ISO 15765-4 CAN (11 bit ID, 250 kbaud)
ISO 15765-4 CAN (29 bit ID, 250 kbaud)

Somgbody say it is ISO 9141-2 or ISO 14230-4 KWP.

My problem is how to connect HU to PC's RS232,need help Wink
