Hi,

I had a look through the code to add FLV and it looks trivial. Only about 5 to 10 lines of code.

Questions:
* Has it already been tried? Where there issues I should know about first?
* Can I submit a patch to be merged?
* Do you just want to make the change yourself?

The package looks great.
